Navigating the first few days and weeks with a new baby can be anything but easy - even if this bub is not your first. Every new baby brings a change of routine, a change to the family dynamic...and a whole host of other changes that require adjustment and some juggling.

Every doula offers different services, so it’s important that your family decide what your needs are and find a doula who can meet those needs.
