Hypnobirthing Australia Course is a 12 hour childbirth education course for you and your birth partner to learn proven techniques including breathing, relaxation, visualisation, self-hypnosis, partner techniques, acupressure points for pain relief and more to help you prepare for a calm, relaxed and positive birth.

Online Hypnobirthing Class
1. Online Course with a 90 Minute Private Session
You get all of the goodies included in our full online course in conjunction with the advantage of a PRIVATE one on one session with your own certified hypnobirthing Practitioner. This private session can be run face-to-face or via Skype/Zoom/Facetime or phone. Cost is $349.

2. Online Course with a 3 Hour Private Session
Three full hours of expert tuition and support (face-to-face or via Skype/Zoom/Facetime or phone) in conjunction with the full online course. This option gives you the ultimate confidence in your preparation for a positive and empowered birth. Cost is $499.

Face to Face Classes
At this stage with Covid-19, online classes only, however I hope and pray that we are all ok to attend face to face classes by the month of June
Sundays 3pm til 6pm (3 hours each class) will be the next classes when we have the 'all clear' with lifting of restrictions.
